• Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders, except during special sale events (non-refundable).
• For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge ₹50 as handling charges (non-refundable).

We process and ship your garment order as soon as it is ready. It typically takes 5-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in Gurugram, India. For tailored orders, delivery time will be longer and will depend from order to order. We will keep you updated regarding the same.

We ship outside India (primarily to the US, Singapore, Dubai and Australia). For international orders, please note:
- For international shipping, we charge ₹3000 for orders under ₹15000. For orders above ₹15000, we charge INR 2000.
- In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For US and Australia, the orders usually do not have import duties. Please note: We do not accommodate return/exchanges in case of international orders.
Yes, this can be done. You can share your shipping details with us at care@fablestreet.com or WhatsApp at bit.ly/3S2ie4U. Please note the following:
- Make sure that the new address is shared with us before shipping
- The address can be changed even after shipping, but the pin code and state need to be the same
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can immediately drop us an email at care@fablestreet.com or WhatsApp at bit.ly/3S2ie4U and we will re-ship it.
In case you decide to cancel the order, we will email you regarding the same. The refund will be issued as a gift card only, which will be sent to your registered email with lifetime validity. Please note that we will not process the refund back to the source.
