COD payment can be done on orders up to ₹12500. COD fee of ₹50 will be charged for them. For orders above ₹12500, only prepaid options are available. We do not charge any shipping fee for prepaid domestic orders.

COD option is available only in India and not for international orders. It is available only for standard sizes. For tailored orders, we accept only prepaid orders. Even if one piece in the order is tailored, it has to be a prepaid order. Please note that for custom sizes, when you add length, sleeves, and any other product modifications, these will be treated as tailored products.

Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India. That too, at locations covered by our logistics partners. We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option. At the moment, we do not offer an EMI option.

Here's how to place a tailored order:

1. Choose the category of the item you want to purchase.
2. Use the filter to select the "Tailored" size option.
3. On the product page, click on the "Tailored" option.
4. A form will appear for you to enter your measurements.
5. If you're unsure about your measurements, click on "Don’t know how to measure". Our team will contact you within 2 to 3 business days to assist you.

If you have a FableStreet account, you can login and go to “My Account” to check your previous order history. Your previous orders will reflect there after you have logged in. You can redeem your Gift Card at the checkout page. Here's how:

• Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders, except during special sale events (non-refundable).

• For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge ₹50 as handling charges (non-refundable).

We process and ship your garment order as soon as it is ready. It typically takes 5-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in Gurugram, India. For tailored orders, delivery time will be longer and will depend from order to order. We will keep you updated regarding the same.

We ship outside India (primarily to the US, Singapore, Dubai and Australia). For international orders, please note:

1. For international shipping, we charge ₹3000 for orders under ₹15000. For orders above ₹15000, we charge INR 2000.
2. In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For US and Australia, the orders usually do not have import duties. - The address can be changed even after shipping, but the pin code and state need to be the same

You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. Cancellations are only possible before the tracking details are generated with our delivery partner (this typically happens before the order is shipped). Also for tailored orders, it cannot be cancelled after 2 business days.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:

Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece.

To ensure your FableStreet garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection

Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer or failed after 3 attempts, additional charges will be levied as per the logistic partner.

For international orders, we do not accommodate return/exchanges.

For tailored/customised orders, we do not accept any return or exchange. Only alteration can be provided on a case to case basis, request for which needs to be raised within 7 days of receipt of product.

Exchange: Once the product reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery timelines range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Return: Once the product is picked up, refunds will be initiated within 1 to 2 business days.

In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) for prepaid orders. In case of COD orders, you will get a FableStreet gift card. This will be issued on the same day of your order pickup on your registered email ID in the form of a gift code with a lifetime validity. We will not refund cash for Cash On Delivery orders.

Once the refund request is accepted/approved from our end, it will take 5 to 7 business days to get it reflected in your account from the date the refund is initiated.
